Glass Expansion SeaSpray U-Series Nebulizer 2mL/min (1300017241, 33010017, N0775340, 8003-0490)
SeaSpray Nebulizer 2.0 mL/min, includes UniFit Connector with 0.75 mm ID x 1.6 mm OD x 1500 mm long tubing (1 pc.) and EzyLok Connector Kit (1 pc.).Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 1.0 L/min and sample flow rate is 2.0 mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 2.0 mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read approximately 40 psi at 1.0 L/min gas flow rate. Tolerates up to 20% TDS. We recommend the use of the Elegra Argon Humidifier to achieve best performance with high TDS.Replacement parts include P/Ns NFTS-16-75 and 502702994.Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools are Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) and Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N NC9462559). Nickel Skimmer Cone (G1820-65497). For Agilent 4500/7500c/7500cs ICP-MS. Standard cone used with 7500c. Suitable for most common applications (e.g., routine aqueous environmental samples, <5% acid matrix, non-HF). Not recommended for samples containing hydrofluoric acid (HF). Use with Nickel sampler cone. Use 10x Magnifier Inspection Tool with Built-In LED Illumination (NC2042261) to inspect cone orifice condition. Use ConeGuard (70-803-1004) to protect cone threads during cleaning. Tracey PTFE spray chamber, includes Helix CT locking screw & seal and JC-13 Metal ball Joint Clip (1 ea). Made from PTFE, 50mL volume. Compatible with Shimadzu ICPE-9000/9800 & ICPS-7500/8100 ICP-OES.The Tracey PTFE is a HF-resistant cyclonic design with a proprietary Stediflow surface treatment that significantly improves sensitivity & precision, in addition to enhancing washout efficiency compared to other inert spray chamber designs.
